It’s a design guide used to shape a gemstone. Although the term may be used interchangeably with “shape,” a stone’s cut technically refers to the symmetry, polish, and proportioning of a stone. It does not actually refer to the stone’s appearance.

Right now, all orders are made through the website. Because we don’t have a brick and mortar store, we’re able to offer jewelry pieces at lower prices. We’ve set it up our website in a way that you can easily select what you want and order from us.

GoldandStones accept payments via PayPal and money remittance services, like LBC, Palawan Padala, and Cebuana Lhuillier. We also accept payment through bank deposit through BPI and BDO

For orders worth Php, 10,000 and above, shipping is free within the Philippines. For orders less than Php 10,000, shipping fee is Php 200.

Yes. Fee for international shipping would depend on which country the jewelry will be shipped to.

Right now, our engraving service is exclusive only to rings we’ve made and it is free.

We abide by the Consumer Act of the Philippines. GoldandStones must first verify that the jewelry has not been damaged or worn out and is within the 7-day exchange period. All applicable items must be returned with the jewelry, including but not limited to diamond certificate and boxes. We request that you contact us prior to sending back the jewelry and once it has been shipped back with the tracking number.
