Yes. For resets, we warmly encourage a visit to our Showroom, where we can personally assess your pieces and curate the most beautiful outcome for your redesign.
At this time, our repair and resizing services are reserved exclusively for pieces of our own creation, allowing us to uphold the same exacting standard of craftsmanship as the original design.
We work exclusively with materials of the highest distinction — 14k and 18k gold, platinum, natural diamonds, and natural gemstones — each chosen to ensure your piece is crafted to endure for generations.
Yes — every piece is backed by a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, including issues of craftsmanship or stone setting.
This warranty does not extend to normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or third-party alterations.
Should any concern arise within this period, we invite you to share photos or video so we may address it with care.
At GoldandStones, your confidence in every purchase is paramount. As each piece is created with intention and care, our refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work:
- Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces – Not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, given their uniquely personal creation. Cancellations follow the terms outlined above.
- Order Acceptance – All orders are subject to acceptance by GoldandStones. Should we decline, modify, or cancel an order — due to availability, pricing discrepancies, suspected fraud, or operational constraints — resolution will follow our Exchange Policy (No Refund).
- Defective or Damaged Items – Should your piece arrive with a manufacturing imperfection, reach out within 7 days with accompanying photos or video, and we will assess a fitting resolution — repair, replacement, or refund.
- Change of Mind – Owing to the fine materials and artistry invested, refunds cannot be extended for change-of-mind requests on custom or made-to-order pieces.
- All Other Requests – Every request is thoughtfully reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolved in accordance with our Exchange Policy (No Refund).
As each piece is created exclusively for you, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing your order, subject to a 10% fee deducted from your down payment, with the remainder returned to you.
Once this window has closed and production has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled, as materials and artisanship have already been committed — rendering the 50% down payment non-refundable.
Your peace of mind matters deeply to us. Before your piece is shipped, we capture a photo and video confirming it leaves our hands in flawless condition, then secure it within protective packaging for its journey to you.
