MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM ORDERS

• Production will begin once full payment has been received and the final design, specifications, and quotation have been approved.
• Our standard production lead time is approximately 60 to 90 days from the date of final approval and full payment. Depending on the complexity of the design, craftsmanship involved, gemstone sourcing, and other project requirements, production may require additional time.
• Any revisions requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges and may extend the production timeline.
• Each piece is individually handcrafted to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• As every piece is handcrafted, the final gold weight, gemstone weight, diamond weight, and dimensions may vary slightly from the approved specifications. Variations may also occur depending on the final size or custom dimensions.
• As we work exclusively with natural gemstones, slight variations in color, inclusions, shape, and overall character are to be expected. Exact matching cannot be guaranteed, making every piece truly one of a kind.
